A different wedding journey

Dress: Shareen Vintage
I've never been one to fuss about weddings hence why mine was exactly what we wanted: easy and relaxed.
If Michael and I felt like doing another one day, these images remind us of what it would include:
Summer Loving

Sometimes I wish I lived in the 1930s or 40s, but then I remember nearly all the opportunities I have now would have been denied to me then and that there is no such thing as a golden era and what I really just want are more clothes from the 1930s and 40s. These photographs by Charles W. Cushman taken in the 1940s do make me long for summer days lounging by the water though.
Billow

This was taken right before heading to the Brooklyn Flea last Sunday where I met up with my girlfriend and snuck in a few street style photos at the same time. You can see some of those shots on WDUGT Street.
More pics later today of the above look, but right now I have a couple of things to do and will be right back.
See you soon!
ps. Anyone catch the 20% off code on Shopbop? (code: INTHEFAMILY20). Valid today only.
Today

A quick iPhone self shot that was tweeted this afternoon!
Vintage leopard print coat jacket.
H&M faux leather trousers
All Saints boots
Mens T-shirt
Balenciaga bag
